Coleman says it all began when they created the first portable, gas-powered lantern that illuminated the first evening of the American football game. During the second World War, their camping stoves transformed the way allied soldiers ate in the field. They continued to revolutionise the outdoors with cooler manufacturing in the 1950s, and in the decades that followed they've added tents, sleeping bags, lighting and more.
