Shipping policy
We ship to any Australian address serviced by Australia Post. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Shipping is estimated at checkout. We do not ship internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We are a small business and sometimes items sell online and in store at the same time. In this unlikely event, we'll contact you ASAP to let you know the item is out of stock. We are more than happy to post your item when it restocks, or refund that item.
Please also note that our default shipping company is Australia Post, but you have the choice at checkout:
Shipping options named "Parcel Post" or "Express Post" are shipped via Australia Post. "Parcel Post" is Australia Post's standard shipping service. "Express Post" is Australia's express shipping service. Products that contain lithium or other batteries can only ship via Parcel Post.
Shipping options named "Domestic" are shipped via Sendle. Sendle chooses the shipping partner based on your shipping address - this is out of our control.
