Shipping Information
Do you ship outside Australia?
Due to the cost of postage on our larger items, we only ship within Australia.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed by 1pm next business day and shipped from our Corowa store. Typical delivery times are:
- Standard items: 1-8 business days
- Items containing batteries: 8-14 business days (road transport only)
- Remote areas may require additional time
What shipping carriers do you use?
We exclusively use Australia Post for all shipping. Tracking information is automatically provided when you include your email address at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available on most items. Select this option at checkout if you need faster delivery.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs vary by product:
- Many items offer free shipping (marked on product pages)
- Some items cannot be shipped due to size/weight (clearly indicated on product pages)
- For other items, shipping costs depend on your location and the item's specifications
- Each product page has a shipping calculator - simply enter your postcode for an instant estimate
- Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before purchase
Returns and Warranty
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition
- Unworn/unused (for clothing and personal items)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How do I initiate a return?
We offer flexible return options:
- Return online purchases in-store at our Corowa location
- Return in-store purchases via post (contact us first)
- Process returns through your online account
- Email or call us directly to arrange your return
For all returns, please have your proof of purchase ready.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Change of mind returns (including incorrect sizing): Return shipping is at customer's expense
- Faulty items or warranty claims: We cover the return shipping costs
What is your warranty policy?
All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law. For warranty claims:

- We cover return shipping for valid warranty claims

Do you accept bulk orders?
As a brick-and-mortar store with limited floor space, we have constraints on bulk stock holdings. However, we're happy to help with bulk orders:

Are your product descriptions accurate?
Yes, we personally verify all product information and specifications. If you notice any discrepancies:

- As a thank you, we'll provide you with a special discount code for your next purchase
What if an item is out of stock?
As a brick-and-mortar store with an online presence, we occasionally have items sell online and in-store simultaneously. If this happens:
- We'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know
- We can either hold your order until the item restocks
- Or provide a prompt refund for that item

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. All charges will be processed in AUD.

Can I pick up my order in-store?
