Sweet Sauce O’ Mine Competition Sauce was created by Mark Lambert, a three-time Pork Shoulder Memphis in May World Champion Pit-master. Mark Lambert has been blending his original sauce with a few other popular sauces for years.
Lambert's Sweet Swine O' Mine is the 2-time Grand Champion at the Memphis in May BBQ competition, and 3-time World Pork Shoulder Champion.
This delicious sauce is best used as a glaze during the last hour of cooking for a wonderful bark on all BBQ meats.
